What you give us
When you run the free check, you submit your website URL, business name, and email address, plus your city and business category if you choose to add them. We use these to run the check and to send you your private report link. Nothing else is collected from you, and there is no account or signup.
What the check does
The check crawls the public pages of the website you submit, the same pages any visitor or search engine can see. It then runs a fixed set of queries about your business through OpenAI (ChatGPT), Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. The prompts and responses from those runs are stored as the evidence behind your score, and those providers process the queries under their own terms. A person reviews the results before your report is published.
Your report
Your report lives at a private link sent to the email address you gave us. We do not publish it, and we do not use your email for anything other than delivering the report and following up about it.
Advertising analytics
When enabled, this site uses the Meta Pixel to measure how well our ads work. The pixel sets cookies and reports page views to Meta, along with an event when a check is submitted. It does not send Meta the details you type into the form. Meta describes its handling of this data in its own privacy policy, and you can limit ad tracking through your Meta ad settings or by blocking third party cookies in your browser. The site works fully with the pixel blocked.
Who else touches the data
We use service providers to run the site: hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery, and the AI providers named above. Each processes data only to provide its service to us. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else.
Retention and deletion
We keep check results and the details you submitted so your report link keeps working and so we can compare re-runs over time. Email oliver@arcforma.ai to have your check and contact details deleted, and we will confirm when it is done.
